Uploading images
-
Why is it better to upload high resolution images?
Every image you upload can be purchased in all the formats you have chosen. When an image is sold we have to print it. To guarantee outstanding print quality we need a high quality file to work with.
-
How many DPI must my image have to guarantee good quality printing?
We recommend using a good sized image with a minimum resolution of 200 DPI.
-
What can I do if I have uploaded a low resolution version of an image?
This is reserved for users with Bigoom PLUS accounts. You can replace an image you have uploaded with a better version using the share panel of each image.
-
Why does my account have a limit on the number of images I can upload?
Because it’s a standard account. For unlimited storage space and time sign up for a PLUS account, for just a few dollars a year.
-
Can I remove an image I have uploaded?
To deactivate an image just click on the “deactivate” button under each thumbnail in the gallery. The image will not disappear immediately because the link might be all over the web and it is only fair that if someone wants to buy that image they can do so.
