  • How are the prints packaged?

    Each print (apart from the postcards) is rolled up and sent in a rigid customised cardboard tube.

  • What happens if a product does not arrive, or arrives damaged?

    Bigoom is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. We guarantee that products are in perfect condition when they are given to the courier and we are not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping.

  • Do customers have right of withdrawal?

    No, this is a service supplying customised products so there is no right of withdrawal.

  • Do you ship all over the world?

    Yes, we ship all over the world.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

    We have two options for shipping: an economy rate and a fast rate.
