  • How do I go about renewing my PLUS account?

    It couldn’t be simpler. Just go to the PLUS account page, select the period you want to sign up for and pay. The important thing is to do this before your account expires, so you don’t lose your benefits. If you renew your account before your previous subscription expires, Bigoom starts up the new subscription automatically when the old one expires, so you don’t miss a day.

  • What happens if my PLUS account expires and I don’t renew it?

    You will lose the benefits of your PLUS account. The limits on uploads and price go back to those of a standard account.
