Payments

• How and when do I get paid?

  On the 15th of every month Bigoom pays out all the earnings verified by the 15th of the previous month. Bigoom has 30 days to make the payments.

• Where can I see the status of my payments?

  You can keep track of your payments on your account page or in the section earnings.

• I sold a print, it has been paid, why didn't I receive the money yet?

  In order to receive a payment from Bigoom you must have earned at least 10€. Check in your Dashboard how much you have earned so far.
